This website provides online services for suppliers to view tender notices issued via ETB, standard terms and conditions as well as contract award notices of tenders of bureaux and departments of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.

You are welcome to use the online supplier account issued by the Procurement and Contract Management System (PCMS) to login the ETB. After logging in, you can use the free of charge services of ETB to download / obtain information for collection of tender documents, submit tender responses and make tender enquiries as specified in each tender notice in this website.
