Welcome to the Procurement and Contract Management System (PCMS) of the Government Logistics Department.  GLD provides to the bureaux and departments of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government with logistics support services in the areas of procurement and supplies, transport operation and management as well as printing services.  Please access the PCMS for inclusion in the GLD Supplier Lists and online services provided for GLD suppliers.  Firms on the GLD Supplier Lists will receive notification on tender issued for the supply of category(ies) of goods and related services, for which they have been included as suppliers, as and when opportunities arise.

What's New

(i) The Standard Terms and Conditions for Tenders for Supply of Goods (Reference No. GLD-TERMS-1 (August 2018) and BD-TERMS-1 (August 2018)) has come into effect on 28 September 2018.


(ii) The Standard Terms and Conditions for Tenders for Provision of Services (Reference No. GLD-TERMS-2 (August 2018) and BD-TERMS-2 (August 2018)) has come into effect on 28 September 2018.
